Muddy Paws Natural Pet Soap is made from 100% Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO), Madre de Cacao leaves, and Moringa. Madre de Cacao, or Kakawate as it is known in the Philippines, is a tree whose leaves have powerful anti-bacterial, healing, pesticidal, and insecticidal properties. It used in the provinces to fight against mange in pets, and has been proven to be 100% effective at killing Sarcoptes Mites and 88.77% effective against Demodex Mites.
Ingredients
Organic Virgin Coconut Oil, Water, Sodium Hydroxide, Madre de Cacao, Moringa Oleifera
Directions for Normal Use
1) Wash pet with warm water.
2) Rub Madre de Cacao soap all over pet’s body.
3) Leave soap to soak in for 10 minutes.
4) Rinse off soap.
Tip: Apply Muddy Paws VCO while pet is still soapy for ease of application. It is a great conditioner for a healthy coat.
Directions for Mange
1) Give your pet a bath with the Madre de Cacao soap at least twice a week for a duration of 6 weeks. If mange is severe, bathe them every 2 days.
2) Use a rubber bath brush to gently massage the soap into your pet’s fur. This will loosen debris from the fur and allow the soap to reach the mites in the hair follicles.
3) Leave soap to soak in for 10 to 15 minutes.
4) Rinse off soap.
Tip: Give Muddy Paws VCO as a supplement. The Madre de Cacao soap will help alleviate the symptoms, but the VCO can help boost your pet’s immunity.
